You are reading Entrepreneur United Kingdom, an international franchise of Entrepreneur Media.

As artificial intelligence (AI) rapidly reshapes the business landscape, few understand its transformative potential as well as Greg Squibbs, founder of the online business. Create your own AI agencyoffering training and resources for those interested in starting an AI automation business.

In these Entrepreneur United Kingdom During the interview, Squibbs offered a forward-looking perspective on how AI will redefine core operations and elevate businesses in the coming decade. Over the next five to ten years, Squibbs predicts that AI will evolve from a niche tool to a cornerstone of daily operations.

“Every business will have an AI voice agent that answers the phone. Every employee will have an AI assistant to help them with their daily tasks. Every eight-figure and above business will have a custom AI model that feeds all private data of the business so that senior executives can ask questions and make high-quality, instant, real-time decisions about their business,” Squibbs says AI will no longer be seen as a futuristic concept but as a. crucial competitive advantage. Those who do not. fail to adapt, he warns, will inevitably fall behind.

Squibbs’ business, Create your own AI agencyhas already leveraged AI tools to improve efficiency and growth. “We used Deepgram to automate the addition of call summaries into the CRM so staff didn’t have to waste time after each call,” he explains. Likewise, AI-powered solutions like Voiceflow, Twilio, and Retool have streamlined customer interactions, data consolidation, and workflow automation. However, Squibbs does not believe that AI is a “magic wand.” It is a strategic tool that, when implemented correctly, can save time, reduce errors and improve decision-making.

Despite AI’s efficiency gains, Squibbs acknowledges that technology will also replace some roles. “One of the biggest areas we’re seeing is in customer service roles,” he notes. AI voice agents can handle up to 40% of requests, while AI chatbots can respond to emails “just as efficiently and often even faster.” However, Squibbs is quick to point out that AI won’t just replace jobs: it will also improve them. He says AI is a powerful tool for augmenting human roles, provided companies deploy it thoughtfully.

Looking to the future, Squibbs envisions AI taking on even more complex responsibilities. “Imagine an AI model trained on all of a company’s private data, capable of taking on the responsibilities of a CFO or CLO, but faster, more accurately and more cost-effectively,” he suggests. -he. The ability for AI to make executive-level decisions is just one example of how AI will continue to evolve in the years to come.

However, integrating AI into business operations does not come without challenges, particularly when it comes to data privacy. “Customers need to have confidence that their data is secure,” emphasizes Squibbs. Ensuring compliance with global data protection laws such as GDPR and CCPA is paramount, and Squibb’s agency carefully reviews third-party AI tools to meet the highest security standards, including certifications such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II.

When it comes to customer experience, Squibbs believes AI is taking personalized engagement to unprecedented levels. “For example, when a user browses an e-commerce store, AI algorithms are deployed to analyze their browsing behavior, purchase history and preferences,” he explains. This allows businesses to dynamically personalize their web pages and marketing messages for each user, leading to higher conversion rates and sales. As AI becomes more sophisticated, Squibbs predicts increasing adoption of this technology across industries, from e-commerce to financial services, travel and hospitality.

Ultimately, Squibbs’ vision is one of seamless AI integration, where the technology becomes an indispensable part of business operations, driving efficiency and opening new growth opportunities. The key to success, he suggests, will be ensuring that AI remains a tool that complements human intelligence rather than replacing it entirely. For companies willing to embrace this vision, the future looks remarkably bright.
