Researchers and entrepreneurs from Institute of Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Technology – INSAIT and ETH Zurich announced the launch of LogicStar AI, a new deep tech startup.
LogicStar AI focuses on building an agentic AI platform to automatically validate, reproduce, and fix bugs with high accuracy.
Using LogicStar AI technology, developers can spend more time contributing to business goals, while the platform automatically takes care of software maintenance tasks, reducing the need for manual work.
Innovative leadership at the service of LogicStar AI
The founding team behind LogicStar AI includes the founders of DeepCode.ai (now Snyk Code). According to their data, they currently generate over $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR for Snyk).
Among the founders of LogicStar AI are Boris Paskalev (CEO), former CEO of DeepCode, then Director of Product AI at Snyk and currently Strategic Entrepreneurship Advisor at INSAIT, Dr. Mark Niklas Müller (CTO), PhD in AI from ETH Zurich, former engineer at Porsche and Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 Team, Prof. Martin Vechev (Advisor), full professor at ETH Zurich, founder and scientific director of INSAIT, among others.
LogicStar AI has offices in Sofia, Bulgaria, and Zurich, Switzerland, and is we are currently recruiting new talents.

INSAIT is a collaboration between Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski. »ETH Zurich and EPFL Lausanne. Backed by $100 million from the Bulgarian government and additional funding from SiteGround, Amazon Web Services (AWS)Google, Bulgarian entrepreneurs and DeepMind, alongside business angels.
INSAIT aims to conduct world-class research and attract professors, researchers, postdocs and doctoral students.
