KPMG strengthens its AI product development function by welcoming the PrivateBlok Agentic AI team

NEW YORK, NY – February 9, 2026 – KPMG LLP, a leading professional services firm, today announced a strategic move to enhance its artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities by welcoming the founders and employees of PrivateBlok, a leading AI development platform. This transaction expands KPMG’s existing AI talent pool and builds on KPMG’s strong track record of integrating innovative generative AI capabilities directly into KPMG’s offerings through platforms such as KPMG workbench, KPMG Claire And KPMG Digital Gateway.

The addition of the PrivateBlok team’s expert talent will continue to expand KPMG’s capabilities in creating native AI products. This is part of KPMG’s overall efforts to improve client outcomes, foster a culture of innovation and drive strategic investments. The new team will focus on developing AI-driven products, enabling persistent services through software-based business models and advancing customer offerings.
