Synthesia is a British artificial intelligence company that has already raised up to $200 million, valuing the company at around 4 billion dollarswhich is almost double the $2.1 billion valuation the organization received last year.

E Series The funding, led by major investors including N-Ventures and GV (Google Venture) at Google, is an indication of a high level of confidence in interactive video technologies within AI in general.

Financing firepower

GV led the round, followed by others including Nvidia, Accel, NEA, Hedosophia, Evantic, Air Street Capital and many others. This funding also strengthens Synthesia’s video development competitive advantage in the enterprise video development space where approximately 70% of its revenue comes from large enterprises. Fortune 100 customers.

Victor Riparbelli, co-founder and CEO of Synthesia, said in a statement statement,

that the funding round aimed to “expand” its vision of AI reducing the cost of content creation and AI video providing “a better, more engaging way for organizations to communicate and learn.”

Income rocket

Synthesia, a London-based AI video generation platform, has raised 200 million dollars at a valuation of $4 billion, almost double its $2.1 billion valuation from just nine months ago.

Victor RiparbelliCEO of Synthesia, told CNBC

that investors valued companies differently from other companies in the industry because of the emphasis on “usefulness.” Of course, the hype cycle benefits us.

Riparbelli said in an interview.

For us, what’s important is building a really good company.

CFO Daniel Kim, with the help of CNBC, has once again confirmed that long-term momentum represents a thing when it comes to AI avatars in training and communications applications.

AI investment boom

In 2025, European AI startups raised a record venture capital of $21.4 EUR rating above reported by Sifted and also in 2025 OpenAI raised 40 billion dollarsthe largest private round in history; High anthropogenic 13 billion dollars; Elon Musk’s xAI raised $10 billion; and Meta acquired data labeling startup Scale AI for nearly $15 billion.

It is estimated that by early 2026, global investments in AI will reach more than $24 billion and Anthropic aims to bring together between 10 billion dollars for a valuation of $350 billion.

The upcoming interactive advantage

Capital is being directed toward agentic video solutions capable of supporting real-time conversations, role-playing, and personalized investor learning. Traditional video content has lower engagement metrics than pilot deployments. In the UK, policymakers have supported the initiative as they see it as one of the drivers of job creation.

With current enthusiasm for AI at its peak, an enterprise-focused strategy, and an established revenue growth profile, Synthesia has the potential to outperform its marketing-focused competitors to compete with the enterprise through its adoption of AI-based agents that will rebrand enterprise learning by mid-2026.
