Logistics platform provider Turvo has unveiled a fully integrated suite of automated payment tools called Turvo Pay.
Turvo Pay’s tools are designed to help fleets get paid faster and improve the efficiency of the payment process.
With Turvo Pay, users can request and manage digital documentation and invoicing as an extension of the shipment itself, speeding up collection and reducing errors. Integrated payment processing brings together payment methods such as ACH, paper check, Comchek and EFS that can now be managed directly in Turvo.
Payments can be scheduled by selecting overnight or three-day ACH options or by choosing automated fulfillment of paper checks. On the back end, audit compliance, reconciliation, remittance emails, and accounting system updates can all be automated. Turvo Pay integrates with several accounting systems, including QuickBooks, NetSuite and Xero, with the ability to work with other systems depending on customer needs.
Turvo Pay offers all the tools needed to manage payments in one place, extending the platform’s capabilities throughout the entire shipping lifecycle, from orders to collection. Turvo Pay is available to new and existing customers.
