The acquisition received the approval and full support of the supervisory and management boards of Vanderlande and its parent company Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO), as well as the board of directors of Siemens.
The proposed transaction will significantly increase customer value by providing accelerated access to advanced technologies, enhancing global presence for better local service and creating more customer value through synergies in technology development.
