We announced Personal Intelligence in the Gemini app. You can now securely connect your Google apps like Gmail, Google Photos, YouTube and Search to make Gemini especially useful. Personal Intelligence is now available in beta in the United States, and we will be bringing it to other countries soon. This is an opt-in option, so you choose to enable it and can specify which apps you use and don’t want it to work with.
We brought personal intelligence to AI mode in research. Personal intelligence is deployed in AI mode, making research even more unique. From Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers, you can securely sign up and connect AI Mode to apps like Gmail and Google Photos to get personalized responses, including recommendations on things like shopping and travel.
We introduced the next evolution of AI in Gmail, designed for the Gemini era. AI tools like Help me write, AI Insights And suggested answers with personalization are now available for free in Gmail. Google One AI Ultra and Pro subscribers have access to new features like AI Previews in Gmail Search and Proofreading, for advanced grammar, tone and style checks. And finally, for some trusted testers, we’ve introduced AI Inbox, a new view in Gmail that helps cut through the noise from your inbox so you can see what’s most important.
We made Chrome even smarter and more useful with Gemini 3. Key new features in Chrome, based on Gemini 3, include the revolutionary Auto-Navigation feature that handles complex, multi-step tasks, like booking trips or scheduling appointments, entirely on your behalf. Additionally, Chrome now offers the ability to use Nano Banana to transform images on the web. And a new side panel reinvents multitasking by keeping your favorite Google apps at your fingertips. This update transforms Chrome from a window to the web into a high-powered productivity partner.
