Neil Chilson is head of AI policy at the Abundance Institute. Prior to this position, he was a senior fellow at the Center for Growth and Opportunity. Chilson was also previously a senior technology and innovation fellow at Stand Together, and he was also chief technologist at the Federal Trade Commission, where he focused on the economics of privacy and blockchain issues. Previously, he served as General Counsel to Acting FTC Chair Maureen K. Ohlhausen. Neil joined the FTC from telecommunications company Wilkinson Barker Knauer. Kevin Frazier helps lead the AI Innovation and Law program at the University of Texas Law School while also serving as a senior fellow at the Abundance Institute, and he is an adjunct research fellow in technology and AI at the Cato Institute. Frazier also interned for the Montana Supreme Court and conducted a research fellowship on AI.
